Just Bead It

"Just Bead It" That’s what mother and daughter Torkin Wakefield and Devin Hibbard along with friend Ginny Jordan had in mind when they founded the vibrant non-profit, Bead for Life. Since 2004, this tightly threaded threesome has helped pull families out of poverty one beaded string at a time. The colorful array of necklaces and bracelets are all hand-made from repurposed materials, including beads made from recycled paper and jewelry bags made out of sustainable products. Adding a unique accessory to your wardrobe can help hundreds of women worldwide gain a steady course of income, affordable housing and health programs. Showcase a motivational pattern over your blouse or even host your own bead party!
