Brooklyn’s Fashion Flock Spot

Bird is Brooklyn’s first destination for fashion and has been since the opening of the original, and still thriving, Park Slope boutique in 1999. Owner, Jen Mankins opened a branch last year in Williamsburg with the strictest standards of sustainability and green-building. Bird was awarded the LEED_CI Gold Certification – NYC’s very first LEED-certified retail store. The Williamsburg location offers regular art and photography exhibits to enhance the truly rare shopping experience. A trip to any of the three Bird boutiques (Park Slope, Cobble Hill, and Williamsburg) offers and array of coveted fashion names for women, men and baby birds, too. Shop around or “Meet the Staff” and their favorite designers and picks online at www.Shopbird.com.
